BIO

Konalingam Kajenthiran (Kajen) is a Senior Lecturer and a research-focused academic at University of Jaffna’s Department of Marketing, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce. He is more interested in researching CSR, Retail Service Quality (RSQ), and Consumer Behavioural Studies. His research has been published in Society and Business Review, Services Marketing Quartey, Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy Conference (ANZMAC), Journal of Business Studies, International Journal of Accounting & Business Finance, and many more. Kajenthiran is eager to be involved in research, teaching, learning and development.

·     Served as a researcher and consultant for PASS Asian Pvt Ltd to facilitate End line Evaluation in Jaffna district and facilitate data collection with UNDP Beneficiaries and Stakeholders to conduct key informant interviews, In-depth interviews and case stories, during May 2022 (The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the end-line values for the UNDP’s Support to Durable Resettlement project in North and East from the period of July 2019 to September 2021).
