On August 25, 2024, third-year Marketing students from the University of Jaffna’s Faculty of Management Studies & Commerce, under Dr. (Mrs.) D. Sangarathas’ guidance, conducted a field visit as part of their Digital Marketing course. The visit, involving six MSMEs in Northern Sri Lanka, allowed students to engage directly with local businesses and learn from their digital marketing success stories. This practical experience, part of the ‘Undergraduate Research Experiences (UREs)’ program, enriched students’ understanding and skills while fostering community development.
